Biography

Emma Hildreth is a dedicated LPC intern passionate about supporting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. Under the supervision of Mary Mousa, MA, NCC, LPCs, CSACs, Emma strives to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or feelings of being stuck, always honoring the courage it takes to seek help.

Emma believes in the healing power of authentic connection and approaches therapy with warmth, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique story. Through a collaborative, person-centered approach that incorporates evidence-based practices, she helps clients explore what matters most to them at a pace that feels comfortable. Emma is honored to walk alongside each individual on their journey toward healing, growth, and greater self-understanding.
