Biography

Kiran Paul is dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and work toward greater balance and fulfillment. Under the supervision of Mary Mousa, MA, NCC, LPC, CSAC, Kiran supports individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to change.

As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern and graduate student at Gwynedd Mercy University, Kiran takes a person-centered, collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based techniques to foster holistic wellness, resilience, and personal growth.

With a background in communications and over a decade of experience serving diverse communities, Kiran brings cultural awareness, empathy, and openness to her work. She welcomes clients from all walks of life and honors the identities, stories, and values that shape who they are. Kiran is also fluent in Hindi and Urdu.

Kiran believes beginning therapy is both a courageous step and an opportunity for meaningful transformation. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, rediscover their voice, and create lasting change.
