Biography
Jasmine Sea is dedicated to creating a warm, open, and respectful space where clients feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges and honor their unique stories. Grounded in a trauma-informed and multicultural framework, Jasmine is committed to understanding the cultural and intersecting identities that shape each person’s values, beliefs, and lived experiences.
As a master’s-level counselor in training, Jasmine takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from client-centered, strengths-based, mindfulness-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practices. Jasmine has experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions, while helping them build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and foster self-advocacy.
Jasmine believes therapy can empower individuals to better understand their thought patterns, reconnect with their strengths, and approach life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. She is honored to walk alongside clients as they work toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
