Selina Cardin warmly welcomes individuals on their mental health journey, recognizing that navigating life’s challenges can often feel overwhelming. She believes in the power of collaboration and is committed to working alongside her clients to overcome obstacles, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Selina is a Resident in Counseling under the clinical supervision of Mary Moussa. She earned her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from George Mason University and brings a strong foundation in psychology and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Dedicated to helping clients achieve healing and emotional wellness, Selina provides a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
Taking a holistic approach to counseling, Selina recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. She tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client, understanding that every person’s experiences and goals are different.
